What information do we collect?
We use Google sign-in to authenticate your account in the app, which allows us to collect your full name, email address, phone number, and publicly available profile picture from your Google account. However, we do not access any usage data such as email/drive/docs or any other private information from your Google account.
Additionally, we collect your call logs and phone numbers to enable key CRM features like accurate logging and reporting of all business calls. This helps map calls to the correct phone number in the CRM and allows us to send WhatsApp notifications for follow-ups. This data is sent to web.mellowcrm.com, where the app operates.
We also gather information on your Android version, device brand, and model number strictly for analytics and debugging purposes. This information is also sent to web.mellowcrm.com but is not used for advertising or shared with any third parties.
We collect information when you place an order or respond to a survey. During the ordering or registration process, you may be asked to provide your name or email address, although you can browse our site anonymously.

MellowCRM’s use of information received from Google APIs will comply with Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Privacy Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If a user wishes to remove MellowCRM’s access to their Google account, they can do so from the Google security settings page.
How do we protect your information?
We implement various security measures to safeguard your personal data when you submit or access your information. All sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, accessible only to authorized individuals with special access rights. Your uploaded user data remains yours, and MellowCRM will not redistribute or disclose it unless required by law.
MellowCRM does not automatically review all user data uploaded to the platform but retains the right to refuse or remove any user data at its discretion.
Do we use cookies?
Yes, we use cookies to enable key features like user authentication and chat support and to improve the overall user experience of the app/site.

Facebook Integration Privacy Policy
What data do we collect and why?
When you integrate MellowCRM with Facebook, we collect your Facebook authentication information solely for authentication purposes. You can request deletion of Facebook integration data by writing to Support@mellowcrm.com, and your personal data will be removed from the platform within seven working days.
After integration, MellowCRM fetches and collects your leads from Facebook in real-time for CRM purposes.
Monitoring and Deletion of Collected Data:
You can view all leads collected from Facebook on the integration dashboard. Since leads and their history are essential business data, there is no self-service option to delete them in the app. However, you may request deletion by writing to Support@mellowcrm.com from your registered email, and the data will be deleted within seven working days.
Disclaimer:
Once data deletion is requested, all leads and associated history in the CRM will be permanently deleted.
